Returns & Refunds Policy

At Lifestyle Development Consultancy, we are committed to delivering high-quality coaching, guidance, and lifestyle transformation services. As part of our commitment, we aim to be transparent and fair with our returns and refund practices.

1. Services (Coaching / Consultations)

Due to the nature of our services, completed sessions are non-refundable. However, if you are unsatisfied with the service provided, please contact us directly — we will make every effort to resolve the issue.

Cancellations or Rescheduling:

You may cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance without penalty.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the session being charged in full.

2. Digital Products / Programs

If you’ve purchased digital materials such as courses, guides, or ebooks:

Refunds are only available if the content has not been accessed or downloaded, and the request is made within 7 days of purchase.

Once accessed, digital products are considered “used” and are non-refundable.

3. Customized Plans

Personalized wellness or lifestyle plans are created based on your individual needs. As such, these are non-refundable once development has started.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you believe your case deserves special consideration, please reach out to us. Refunds or credits may be granted at our discretion in the case of:

Medical emergencies

Technical issues preventing access to purchased content

Other unforeseen hardships
